View ProjectThis project consists of the construction of 367 apartments and 8 commercial shops on a five-acre lot of medium density residential land in Rouse Hill. The site is located 500m from the recently opened Tallawong railway station on the Metro Northwest. The State Government has confirmed that the area adjoining Tallawong station will comprise a local retail precinct with 30,000 sqm of retail and commercial. The Government has appointed the developer for these works which will complement and enhance the value of Apple Gum Estate.

Past Projects.
This was the first project to be undertaken by Developers NSW. Its incredible success set both a solid platform for growth and the highest standards of quality for all future projects to follow.
The project comprised the subdivision of a three-acre parcel of land into 28 torrens title residential lots. The works included the demolition of existing structures, construction of new roads, drainage infrastructure and the importation of fill.
Twenty-two of the lots were sold and the remaining six 450 sqm corner lots were retained. Following changes to planning regulations, these lots were further subdivided to maximise yield. We partnered with quality builders to construct dwellings on each of these 12 lots. These were subsequently sold as torrens title house and land packages.
81 Westminster St.
During the course of the 81 Westminster Street project, the opportunity was identified to strategically purchase from Blacktown Council a 2,000 sqm parcel of adjoining public road called Chester Street. This road was earmarked for closure under the precinct plan.
We undertook the complicated road closure process and obtained development consent to subdivide this former road into eight residential lots. The land, with development approval, was subsequently sold at a significant profit.

Box Hill Childcare and Early Learning Centre will be a project developed by Developers NSW, providing the community of Box Hill a state of the art childcare and early learning centre.
Hynds Rd Childcare
This project will comprise the construction of 30 luxury townhouses in four stages with works commencing in 2021. The site is part of the luxury Hynds Estate development and will follow the completion of house and land packages at Hynds Estate.
These luxury residences are opposite parks and sporting fields and near to the new technology, industrial and commercial precincts.
